Service Contract Legal Details

A deposit is required to reserve your event. Full payment is due one week before the event.

*The $90.00 refundable security fee will be returned if the renter meets leasing conditions, including trash removal (inside and outside), cleaned facilities, & no damage to the building or its contents.

Renters are responsible & liable for the condition of the building and the conduct of their guests. Set up and break down for events must be included in rental hours. Renters must leave the building at 12 midnight. Late departures will result in the loss of your security deposit.
